When you send an inquiry

When you submit an inquiry with your consent, your name, contact details, preferences, message and selected homes are saved in the website database and sent to Nana’s business Gmail inbox so she can follow up. Authorized administrators can review, export and delete website inquiries. Email notifications are separate copies; contact Nana if you would like both the website record and related emails removed. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Saved homes and language

Saved homes stay in this browser and do not automatically sync to other devices. You can clear them by removing this site’s browser data. Each new page load starts in English; your language choice applies while browsing this visit. Saved home IDs are shared with Nana only when you include them in a submitted inquiry.

Search, video and external services

When available, market search is provided by CRMLS in an embedded panel and follows its own privacy and cookie policies. YouTube videos load when you choose to play them. Instagram, YouTube and other external links are governed by those services’ policies.

Website operation

This website uses Cloudflare for hosting, data storage and inquiry email delivery, and Google Gmail to receive those notifications. These services process the information needed to operate the website and deliver your inquiry. Public pages do not require an account. The website uses short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit form spam. There are no added advertising pixels or audience analytics.
